Felanitx village holds different festivals throughout the year, including the most famous one in honour of San Agustín. The “Verbenas de Felanitx'' take place over the second half of August and became especially popular in the Balearic Islands around the ‘70s and ‘80s, featuring some of the top artists of the moment, both national and international. [I WOULD LEAVE THIS PART OF THE TEXT ON THE LETTERPRESS POSTERS ONLY: Year after year, including the current third generation of Imprenta Nueva Balear, have created the compositions with different types of wood and different printing colours which is the reason why the originals at Imprenta Nueva Balear display showcase several colour variants. Letterpress printing in Nueva Balear was the most widely used for the presentation, in large format posters of parties and concerts around our Islands and proof of this is the Collection that Imprenta Nueva Balear treasures.]
