Founded in Galle Fort, Sri Lanka by Meg Gage Williams and Philip James Baber, Stick No Bills® has since emerged on the global art scene as the ultimate and most inspirational destination for vintage and retro poster design, where the passionate couple seek to transport viewers to a glamorous bygone era of travel.
About Stick No Bills®
When the war ended in 2009, Philip, a masterful advertising photographer and Meg, a highly intelligent security risk analyst, desired to do something good for Sri Lanka that was both original and compelling. Raising awareness about the island's rich heritage and stunning natural beauty, they set about building a business that provided the destination with positive branding worldwide, through the curation of digitally re-mastered lithograph travel designs.
Sitting down with Meg at her beautiful gallery in the bustling street of Costa D'en Brossa in Palma, we were entranced by magnificently framed limited editions of their 'Mallorca / Islas Baleares' collection which have been designed to fill your walls with beautiful mid-century modern art. In addition to a stunning interior design, extraordinary Audioart Poster Speakers complete the venue with an unparalleled level of charm.
Stick No Bills® have gone one step further, donating proceeds of their sales to causes both in Sri Lanka and Mallorca. This includes The Sri Lanka Wildlife Conservation Society, who are committed to the protection of Sri Lanka's endangered wildlife through conservation research and community engagement, and Save The Med Foundation, who aid in marine conservation in the Balearic Islands.
