14 Day Return Policy
In compliance with the laws of England and Wales, The Archives Design Group UK Ltd (ADG hereafter) and its Stick No Bills® certified fine art print sales affiliates respect that you have the right to notify us that you wish to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving it. This is so long as you return the packaged product to us in mint condition and provide proof of dispatch along with a tracking link within the subsequent 14 days. You have the same right to refunds when you buy items in our sales as when you buy at full price.

Refund Policy
In the event that your shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or that there has been an error on the part of ADG, you will have the right to request that the product be resent at no additional cost. However, such requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Advice of damage, delay or loss of goods in transit or of non-delivery must be given in writing to fulfilment@sticknobillsonline.com within 14 days of delivery (or, in the case of non-delivery, within 14 days of notification of dispatch of the goods), failing which you will be deemed to have accepted the Product.

ADG will not be responsible for the cost of reprints or carriage incurred for goods visibly damaged in transit (broken packaging etc), where you or your third party recipient has not signed for the goods as damaged at the time of delivery and provided proof of the same.

In the event of all or any claims or rejections ADG reserves the right to inspect the Product within three business days of the claim or rejection being notified.

All claims will be void if the product has evidentially been used, tampered with or displayed out of the packaging in any manner whatsoever.

All other claims must be made in writing to ADG within 14 days of delivery with comprehensive zoomed in and zoomed out photographic evidence accompanying the complaint. Please include the following details
