Presenting our latest exclusive commemorative poster artwork to celebrate the Pan Am brand returning to the skies; Pan Am, Tracing The Transatlantic is a spectacular collector's edition and modern addition to our already officially licensed archival Pan Am Collection.
As covered by CN Traveler, the Robb Report and Forbes magazine, the 12-night voyage the motif celebrates has been created by luxury travel specialists’ Bartelings Associates and Criterion Travel to take a very select group of travelers on the trip of a lifetime to relive the golden age of travel as pioneered by Pan Am World Airways.
The journey, taking place in June, 2025, will reflect Pan Am's legendary branding and quality aboard a luxurious, privately-chartered business class 757-200, with only 50 extremely fortunate passengers on board.
As licensees of Pan Am World Airways LLC with the creation of our Pan Am Collection hosted – the first time this permission has been granted to curate and remaster vintage travel destination marketing posters sourced from both public and private archives – the artwork crystalises a decade of our experience and expertise.
Founder and CEO of Stick No Bills, Meg Gage Williams, has led this worldwide curatorial research. She has drawn on source material provided by Hollywood actor and Pan Am Museum Foundation board member Phillip Keene, and over 800 original vintage Pan Am posters amassed by both Keene and Mark Pavao, as well as the interviews conducted by historian Tom Betti for the award-winning Pan Am podcast.
“The result is a beautiful and evocative, vintage-style motif that reflects all the glamour and style of Pan Am's creative heritage,” says Williams. “This deep dive back in time was essential in order to design an authentic motif that encapsulates the legacy, adrenaline and glamour of America's most pioneering and far-reaching brand.”
Art Direction by the Stick No Bills Creative Director Angela Hartwick and illustrated by award-winning Danish artist Mads Berg. It has been designed as a modern addition to the vintage Pan Am Collection created under license by Stick No Bills, exclusively for distribution to Stick No Bills–certified points of sale under authorisation of Pan American World Airways LLC.
During the voyage, the brand’s CEO Meg Gage Williams will present guests with the one-of-a-kind Master Edition fine art print of the work.
