Refund policy
In the event that your shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or that there has been an error on the part of PDG, you will have the right to request that the product be resent at no additional cost. However, such requests must be made within one business day of receipt.
Advice of damage, delay or loss of goods in transit or of non-delivery must be given in writing to PDG at orders@posterdesigngroup.com and the carrier within one business day of delivery (or, in the case of non-delivery, within one business day of notification of dispatch of the goods) and any claim in respect thereof must be made in writing to PDG and the carrier within one business day of delivery (or, in the case of non-delivery, within one business day of notification of dispatch).
If the product is defective so that you may in law reject it, said rejection must take place within one business day of delivery of the goods, failing which you will be deemed to have accepted the Product.
PDG will not be responsible for the cost of reprints or carriage incurred for goods visibly damaged in transit (broken packaging etc), where you or your third party recipient has not signed for the goods as damaged at the time of delivery.
In the event of all or any claims or rejections PDG reserves the right to inspect the Product within three business days of the claim or rejection being notified.
Regarding personalised products manufactured by PDG as well as works we produce on order in a ‘made to measure’ size, style, colour, equipment, finish or detail design resulting in either a “customised” and / or “unique” product, your right to reject the product received is excluded, since the product created has been manufactured according to your individual specifications and adapted to your personal needs.
All claims will be void if the product has evidentially been used, tampered with or displayed out of the packaging in any manner whatsoever.
All other claims must be made in writing to PDG within one business day of delivery with comprehensive zoomed in and zoomed out photographic evidence accompanying the complaint.
PDG shall not be liable in respect of any claim unless the aforementioned requirements have been complied with except in any particular case where you can prove that (i) it was not possible to comply with the requirements and (ii) the claim was made as soon as reasonably possible.
