Usage Rights: All rights in the design, text, graphics software and other material on our site and the selection or arrangement thereof are the copyright of Stick No Bills Posters courtesy of The Poster Design Group Ltd.
The use of any images, files or other intellectual property data on our website, whether for educational, one-off publishing (book, media or motion picture) or commercial purposes is therefore only permitted with our written consent and, where necessary, The Poster Design Group Ltd's issuance of a usage rights permissions agreement. This latter can be facilitated in response to solicitations made to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any entity identified as replicating or in any other manner commercially gaining from the exploitation of images owned by The Poster Design Group (UK) Ltd without proof of written permission and / or without due accreditation will be asked to cease their infringement / information piracy activity and to provide a proposal as to the payment of damages commensurate with the loss of business and dilution of the Stick No Bills' brand in the digital advertising, printed marketing, fine art print and poster sales arenas worldwide. If an adequate response is not received within seven working days, litigation will begin.
In all such infringement instances to date, the founders of Stick No Bills Posters have donated the payments made to us for damages by individuals and companies illegally replicating our images to the eco, humanitarian, heritage and conservation causes that we sponsor.
Privacy: we understand that protecting and respecting your privacy is absolutely vital. Our online sales platforms are fully encrypted and we neither sell nor give away names, e-mail addresses or any other information obtained via use of our website or through any other interaction between you and Stick No Bills Posters.
Liability Disclaimer: while we will always do our best to ensure your utmost satisfaction we cannot be held responsible for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential, including the cost of any substitute solutions) that may arise subsequent to the delayed arrival or lack of immediate availability or conformity of any of our products.
Damaged goods: Our custom-made poster tubes are renowned for being 'bullet proof' (more-so than most standard tubes available in the mass market) and our global courier partners are the world's most professional express shipping service providers.
So we have had very rare incidences of customers reporting damaged stock to date.
In the very rare and unlucky event of your package reaching you in damaged condition; if it appears highly likely this damage has happened in transit rather than at our point of source (i.e. by one of our packaging team members), it is really important - for insurance claim purposes - that you do not sign to accept the item from the courier company and that you photograph the damaged exterior of the tube, box of flat-pack immediately, in front of the courier personnel.

We do replace damaged stock subject on receipt of very clear photographic evidence shot in a good light from multiple angles (both close in and overview), proving the prints have been damaged (the actual artwork; not just the white 2cm edge which we add to protect the artwork and to give your framer a margin to grip).
We can issue replacements if we receive this categorical evidence within 72 hours of your receipt of the goods addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org. We promise to then ship your replacement within twenty one working days of your notification or, in the case of your return of prints in order to obtain alternative prints, our receipt of your returned goods and payment in full for the costs of the return.
On our receipt of your item, subject to it fulfilling the criteria stated above, we will refund the purchase price of the item to the card used for the original transaction (less a 3% credit card handling fee, if applicable) or via PayPal less PayPal's fee which will be determined and verified on a case by case basis). We shall then arrange for delivery of the correct item or replacement for a damaged item to be dispatched to you within the following twenty one working days.
