Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by the laws of England.
We guarantee that our products are free from objective damage for up to six months from delivery. In the event of a justified claim, PDG has the right to choose between making the product again, repairing the product already made, or reimbursing it.
The papers, dyes, inks and other materials that we use as raw materials and in our manufacturing process can be slightly altered like other dyes, even from one production to another. In these cases, PDG is not responsible for this type of usual variations.
PDG fulfils orders through different express transport companies of recognised national and international standing. The delivery date at your or your third party recipient’s address will depend on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area with average delivery time being within ten business days and PDG always striving for you to receive your unframed order within a maximum of sixteen business days.
When you request we frame your prints, box the framed works in biodegradable, dent resistant packaging and ship we require an extension to a maximum of twenty one business days to dispatch your order and a further seven business days for it to reach you. If you require an express service within a tighter timeframe please contact us via email at email@example.com and we shall do our utmost to expedite.
Damaged Stick No Bills® prints.
We take all aspects of fulfilment very seriously 24/7 at Stick No Bills in order to ensure seamless delivery worldwide.
In the event that your package does not arrive in perfect condition or that there has been an error on our part, you will have the right to request that the product be resent at no additional cost. However, such requests must be made within one business day of receipt, complete with photos of the inside and outside of the package, the damaged print and the waybill. Please note that the bright white protective border on our prints is just that: protection, so that claims will not be accepted when the damage is exclusively within the white border.
Advice of damage, delay or loss of goods in transit or of non-delivery must be given in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org at email@example.com within one business day of delivery (or, in the case of non-delivery, within one business day of notification of dispatch of the goods).
If the product is defective so that you may in law reject it, said rejection must take place within one business day of delivery of the goods, failing which you will be deemed to have accepted the Product.
Stick No Bills will not be responsible for the cost of reprints or carriage incurred for goods visibly damaged in transit (broken packaging etc), where you or your third party recipient has not signed for the goods as damaged at the time of delivery.
In the event of all or any claims or rejections Stick No Bills reserves the right to inspect the Product within three business days of the claim or rejection being notified.
Regarding personalised products manufactured by us as well as works we produce on order in a ‘made to measure’ size, style, colour, equipment, finish or detail design resulting in either a “customised” and / or “unique” product, your right to reject the product received is excluded, since the product created has been manufactured according to your individual specifications and adapted to your personal needs.
All claims will be void if the product has evidentially been used, tampered with or displayed out of the packaging in any manner whatsoever.
All other claims must be made in writing within one business day of delivery with comprehensive zoomed in and zoomed out photographic evidence accompanying the complaint.
Stick No Bills shall not be liable in respect of any claim unless the aforementioned requirements have been complied with.
Prices & Payments
The payment to be paid by you to PDG for the production and where necessary shipping of the printed products is determined according to the prices and, where necessary, mid market currency exchange rate as shown on xe.com rate in force at the conclusion of the contract.
Unless otherwise stated or requested, prices include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated case-by-case, based on the product category and destination.
If you own a registered business and can provide us with a tax identity name, number and fiscal address please do so, in order for us to deem whether your order is tax deductible.
We are not liable for any Customs Levies (Duty, VAT, additional taxes) that may be charged on your delivery. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes so please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
In our experience to date, unforeseen customs levies occur very rarely and in the case of clients ordering for all orders paid for in United States Dollars $ and / or Japanese Yen (JPY ¥) we can provide a DPP (Delivery Duty Paid) on request. Please also note that wherever practicable we work with our global fulfilment partner to mitigate customs issues, to reduce our carbon footprint and to speed up delivery through shipping from as close to your requested destination for the product as we can.
A Stick No Bills® Art Voucher is redeemable in full or part payment for goods and services sold online and at either our Europe or Asia flagship galleries. The art voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. A voucher must be redeemed within six months. To check your balance or validity of your voucher please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the reference number detailed.
