Pick up a piece of art at Stick No Bills

In prime position on Galle Fort’s famed Pedlar Street, it’s hard to miss the poster gallery Stick No Bills and its historic bright white facade. The airy store and interior open-air courtyard sell vintage-style prints, posters and postcards, featuring beautiful nostalgia-inducing illustrations of the Sri Lanka of yesteryear. With over 60 designs, the most captivating are the old Colombo Government Travel Bureau’s metallic embossed Ceylon designs that can only be bought in-store. Proceeds from the sale of each poster include a donation to Sri Lankan humanitarian, conservation, sporting or reforestation projects.
